The air filters BMC are made of a multilayer cotton fabric soaked in low viscosity oil, inserted between two aluminum mesh structures. The aluminum nets are treated with epoxy resin to protect them from oxidation caused by fuel vapors and moisture in the air.
The BMC cotton sports air filters are manufactured with a process called "Full Moulding" which allows to obtain the characteristic red filter of a single molding without the need to glue in the corners, which causes easy breakage. The particular rubber used in BMC filtration systems is virtually non-deformable over time and has excellent adhesion characteristics to any type of air box.

High quality rubber and aramid (kevlar) belt for XRP drive equipped models. It increases the resistance compared to an original (stock) belt to support the increased performance offered by the XRP range of drives.
The dimensions of the belt are different from the stock ones, thus ensuring a correct operation without rubbing on the inner surface of the transmission or crankcase cover.
